recruiting to fill the position of a Personal Assistant / Administrative Executive in Abuja.Job Description
- Monitoring a reporting manager’s email and responding if required
- Preparing communications on behalf of a manager
- Answering phone calls
- Organizing travel and itineraries
- Organizing and planning meetings
- Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
- Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require
Qualifications
- HND / B.Sc in Secretarial Administration or Office Technology Management.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years cognate experience as Secretary / Personal Assistant.
- Must be a Female.
- Must be computer literate
