Job Requirement:

• Clear understanding of Developing, updating of Policies and Procedures
• Maintaining Company directory and Organisational Charts
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Managing the Recruitment process end to end
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
• In-depth knowledge of Labour law, Factory Act and HR best practices
• Knowledge of handling Contract Labour.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resource Management
• Responsible for Employees in the HR department, the HR department and the smooth interrelationships organisation wide.
