Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Officer to align with our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs of our company.

Responsibilities
Duties for the HR Officer will include:

• Recruitment
• Attendance management
• Enhancing staff performance
• Supporting employee development
• Running orientation and on boarding procedures
• Designing succession plans
• Maintaining staff relations
• Updating policies and practices
• Overseeing wellness and health initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources Management or any relevant course.
• Experience Level: Minimum of 2years
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Prior experience in the mobile phone Industry is an added advantage.

Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 / Month
