    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy
    • Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills.
    • Source and attract candidates by using databases,online and offline
    • Conduct interviews and filtercandidatesfor open positions
    • Collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.
    • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, consultation with managers, or Customer's online review.
    • Attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks etc.


    REQUIREMENTS

    • A Bachelor's degree in Busines Administration or related field.
    • At least 2 years cognate experience in same field
    • Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
    • The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Good interpersonal skills.
    • Good decision-making skills.
