Lafam Facility Management Limited, a facility management company who specialize in maintaining and coordinating infrastructures; building services, fumigation and pest control, landscaping, renovation and Janitorial services is hiring Marketing Officers in Lagos.

Responsibilities:

Negotiate potential contract adaptations or extensions when needed

Adapt to new tendencies and encash opportunities in the market

Liaise internally with the business departments

Act as a resource person for management with respect to sales and marketing issues

Assess the targeted quality of business coming in; refocusing efforts if off track.

Ensure efficient communication of marketing activities to sales team.

Perform other duties as assigned

Submit weekly reports to the head of marketing.

Requirements.

Previous experience in a similar role.

Strong organizational skills.
