Office Clerk at Resource Intermediaries Limited
Resource Intermediaries Limited is currently recruiting an Office Clerk for a financial institution in Lagos.
Job requirement
• Handle customer inquiries, pricing and billing questions as well as complains
• Ensure timely delivery of invoiced goods to respective clients.
• Notify appropriate personnel when planned or unplanned activities occur
• Provide assistance to other members of staff in office management and organisation procedures
• Demonstrate competency in placing materials in proper file in accordance with office filing system
• Responsible for inventory control, supplies and invoicing
• Perform general administrative duties such as typing, filing and photocopying
Minimum Qualifications
• STRICTLY OND HOLDERS
• Proficient in computer skills (word, excel),
• Experienced in compiling and working with book keeping software.
• 1-2years experience in a similar role
