Job description/requirement

• Publish at least eight stories under your beat per day
• Publish at least one unique content per day
• Use social media to source for unique/trending news to drive traffic and engagement
• Use online tools to develop quality contents for the news site
• Ensure timely publication of contents especially breaking stories
• Follow/monitor relevant social media pages for access to contents
• Work with team members to help grow the brand
• Participate in training sessions to keep on with global best practices
• Be available for morning/evening and weekend shifts as online new production requires
• Carry out any other assignment given by the online editor and the Head of Digital
