Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for communicating with users, handling their complaints and collecting feedback.
• Communicate user issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the user experience, including resolving problems and complaints.
• Building strong relationships with core users and conducting user surveys.

Job Requirements

• Candidates with Internet operating experience preferred.
• Willing to learn and work hard, strong sense of responsibility, confident, and awareness of team needs.
• Chinese Speaking Preferred.
