    Principal responsibilities

    • Principal responsibilities and accountabilities.
    • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
    • Manage the organization's employ. database and prepare reports.
    • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
    • Assist with budget monitoring and payroll.
    • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Job Requirements

    Essential Competencies

    • . Strong communication skills (via phone, email and in-person).
    • Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information.
    • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
    • Solid experience with online calendars and cloud systems.

    • Ability to build strong relationships with people across the organization.
    • Ability to understand instructions with little or no follow up.
