Hugo Technologies, an E-Commerce Support and Solution company, is hiring a People Operations Analyst in Nigeria
Principal responsibilities
- Principal responsibilities and accountabilities.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Manage the organization's employ. database and prepare reports.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Assist with budget monitoring and payroll.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Essential Competencies
- . Strong communication skills (via phone, email and in-person).
- Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information.
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Solid experience with online calendars and cloud systems.
- . Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
- Ability to build strong relationships with people across the organization.
- Ability to understand instructions with little or no follow up.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with G.gle Suite or relat. software.
- Ability to quickly learn the organization, HRIS. payroll, and similar employee management software.
- Effective decision making skills.
