Personal Assistant / Social Media Assistant (Female) at Khenpro Global Services
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
- Answering phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Assist in managing all social media portals of the business and promoting image of the business through its use.
REQUIREMENTS
- First Degree from a recognized university with 1 - 2 years work experience.
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Preferred candidate must reside in Lekki-Ajah Axis of Lagos State.
