Presales & IT Support Specialist at ESET Nigeria
ESET Nigeria is currently seeking application from qualified candidate to fill the vacant position of a Presales & IT Support Specialist in Lagos.
Major Responsibility & Duties
- Responding to support tickets from clients and colleagues within agreed Service Level Agreements.
- Design relevant tools and applications to aid delivery of service within the Organisation
- Closely work with ISP/ Telco team on Technical Process Development and Review on issues resolution technical presentations to clients if required
- Resolving first-level support tickets in a fast and professional manner
Requirements
- Sound IT Support and Networking skills
- Knowledge of Enterprise security software implementation and management
- Very good Power Point presentation skills
- Efficient customer relation skills
- Ability to learn fast, multi-task and work under pressure
- Knowledge of Linux operating system (Software installation and troubleshooting) Added Advantage
- B.Sc in Computer Science degree (Minimum 2:1)
- Stakeholder Management skills
- Proficient with other Microsoft Office tools
- Proficient with Typo3, Team Viewer and other technical support tools
- Minimum of 2-years IT sales experience
- Good people management skills
- Effective time and process management skills
