- A change agent and influencer, a great communicator, creative and problem solving individual.
- You possess interpersonal skill and you are research oriented.
- You must be tech savvy, having ability to learn fast and also comfortable with different technology platforms.
What You'll Do
- Identify training and drive suitable initiatives across the core business KPIs
- Drawn an overall training and scalable development plan that addresses the need and expectation of the business.
- Analyze and review business processes and ensure updated training on every process change
- Interphases with tech team and lead user experience test before deployment
- Develop the SOPs in collaboration with the operations team
- Develop different end to end training materials.
What You'll Bring
- BA/B.Sc Degree in Social Sciences, equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in designing and executing training program.
- Excellent communicator, strong in writing, record keeping.
- Ability to take initiative and be flexible in a constantly-changing work environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
