    iRecruiters Africa - Our client is a renowned Civil Engineer and Construction company in Nigeria. The company currently seek to hire a procurement Assistant that will be responsible for handling mostly administrative duties of the procurement department, such as assist in tracking and follow up on supplies, ensures documentation from site and stores such as SRV, way bill and vendor sourcing

    Job Summary

    • Retirement of Invoices

    • Assisting in raising LPO when necessary

    • Tracking and follow up of suppliers to ensure prompt delivery of materials

    • Ensuring all documentation returns from site and store such as SRV, way bill

    • Assisting in office administrative activities e.g. depositing of suppliers cheque in the bank

    • Logistics on materials purchase from off-the shelve

    • Monthly Market Survey

    • Conducts bi-Monthly surveys on rates and maintains data base

    • Vendor sourcing activities

    Minimum requirements

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree

    • Minimum of 1-2 years working experience in business administration or related experience
