Frigoglass Industries Nigeria Limited - We are recruiting to fill the position of a Procurement Specialist in Lagos.

Job Purpose

• Manage purchase order issuance for import related direct, indirect, spares and machineries to cover all import requirements in line with the company purchasing guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Obtain, review quotes and prepare price comparison
• Documentation and creation of import purchase orders timely and vendor creation for all Foreign suppliers
• Assist the technical buyer and procurement manager on planning and material import processes
• Execute, document and follow up imported spares and machinery jobs orders
• Prepare purchase reports of stakeholders for decision making and maintain database for suppliers

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Engineering, Business Administration or any of Social Sciences or Management
• Must have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in procurement in a manufacturing environment
