Job Description:

• Conduct due diligence on submitted grant applications; follow up with applicants on missing/incomplete information or other application anomalies
• Prepare and generate grant agreement letters; follow up with grantees for outstanding documents
• Maintain the integrity of the online grants management system by ensuring data is complete, updated and accurate
• Monitor and document the grant disbursement workflow processes, forms, templates, reports and data.
• Perform on-going monitoring and assessment of partner capacity and program deliverables
