Description

Assist requesting entity, in collaboration with the Business Analysts, in evaluating, developing or acquiring new applications, ensuring their proper integration in the production environment and manage training of applications’ users.

 Ensure Projects management of the relevant Information Systems in compliance with objectives and KPIs (cost, quality, lead-time requirements) defined in agreement with various requesting entities.

 Manage software/solution development projects from preparatory stage to implementation stage and ensure laid down software development best practices are strictly adhered to by developers

 Provide detailed technical documentation and user manuals to support users

 Liaise with COMPANY HQ, IS/IT service providers and IST departments to maintain a good knowledge of current IT trend in order to prepare future evolutions for client’s division.

 Develop applications (analysis, conception, development and integration); support and assist in the use of applications

 Ensure that appropriate application development and support tools are available to developers and that adequate documentation for the development projects is available and kept up to date.
