We Train Applicants. - a player in the Fast Food Industry in Lagos requires the services of Quality Control Officers in Lagos

Responsibilities:

• Perform pre operational inspection at the beginning of shift

• Monitor and document production line following specification for each product.

• Monitor and document packaging line following specification for each product

• Enforce GMP's during production process

• Validate sanitation job quality using Hygiena test kit as specify by SOPs's

• Pull samples for each product produced every two hours, label and store

• Perform data entry for all data pertaining to Quality Assurance process

Skills/Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates. HND/BSc. In Food Science & Technology/Hotel Catering & Management

• Knowledge of SOP's, SSOP's, GMP's and HACCP

• Ability to work occasional overtime and weekend hour

• Able to work on occasional swing shift

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word

• Proficient in English both verbal and written
