About the Reconciliation Analyst Role
We are looking for driven, passionate and committed individuals to join the team as we grow and expand across Africa and beyond.
As our Reconciliation Analyst, you will ensure effective reconciliation of Flutterwave’s receivables to ensure accounting system reflect correct transactions and give prompt resolution of discrepancies. As part of your role, you will also collaborate with various team from different units across the organisation.
What Your Day to Day Activities Will Be Like
- Reconcile transactions on all Flutterwave’s product accounts
- Conduct reconciliation procedures for general ledger accounts for short- and intermediate-term funds.
- Perform research, reconciliation and resolution of all account discrepancies originating from customer, merchant or third-party errors
- Ensure spooled information regarding merchant disbursement is verified and reconciliation is set up to ensure funding and credit value is verifiable
- Generate reports of reconciled transactions and share with the team leads of the organization
- Reconcile all settlement reports on VAT products
- Regularly collate and consolidate key performance indices and be able to highlight gaps and recommend remedial actions
- Any other duties assigned
