Job Descriptions

• We are currently in need of a Recruitment Specialist for our HR Outsourcing business at our head office in Yaba, Lagos.
• We require someone who is experienced in handling entry-level positions and blue-collar roles that are required by our clients who are in need of outsourced staff and can meet up with tight deadlines with all the requests from clients.

• Must be a B.Sc holder from a reputable higher institution.
• Must have solid experience (minimum of 2 years) in recruitment from a recognized consulting firm in Nigeria with proven experience in filling blue-collar roles within a short period.
• Professional membership with the CIPM or HR certification would be an added advantage.
• Must be flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Must be comfortable with the software, tools, and platforms used to manage data effectively.
