    Kudi’s mission is to make financial services accessible and affordable for all Africans. Owing to the large unbanked and underbanked nature of Africa markets, at Kudi we believe building a strong and large agent network is the first step in achieving our goals.

    Over the last 3 years of operation we’ve onboarded over 50,000 agents across Nigeria providing basic financial services in their communities ranging from money transfers, bill payment, cash withdrawal, savings and credit.

    We are backed by some of the best investors globally which includes YCombinator, Khosla Ventures and more recently the Partech Africa fund.

    We’re in a very competitive market but at Kudi we believe building for the customers is our defensible strategy and we can only achieve this by hiring the most talented people on this continent motivated to solve this problem.

    About Relationship Manager

    Our agents are the lifeblood of our business. The goal of the relationship manager is to ensure the agents have a smooth experience using our platform everyday we believe that if this is done well revenues is assured. These roles require building relationships with our agents, understanding the nature of their business, their plans and an affinity to help them solve any problem that could lead to loss of business on a day to day basis for the agents.

    Success at this role is defined by revenue assurance, we believe if the agents are happy they’ll keep their business with us.

    What you will be doing

    • Analyzing each agents business pattern to come up with what their performance should be (daily, weekly, monthly)
    • Ensure all support tickets raised by our agents are responded to swiftly
    • Ensuring that agents feel special on their special occasions, Kudi anniversaries, birthdays etc.

    What it takes to succeed

    • You need to be a good communicator
    • You need to have empathy and willing to help our customers
    • You to work with other teams like POS support, engineering, product
    • You need to have basic excel skill or data analysis skills.
    • You need to have 2years+ customer service experience working in the financial service or telecoms sector.
    • requirement, it would be a plus if you have some of the following skills:
      • Experience in a high-growth tech startup
      • Experience working in agent banking
