Fosad Consulting - A real Estate Company is looking to hire a Research Analyst/Business Development Officer to be charged with the following responsibilities:
- Developing Business and Project Plans
- Business Development (develop marketing and outreach including brand visibility)
- Budget Analysis and Costing
- Create, design and edit letters, proposals, project and business plans for clients
- Compile and analyze data using modern and traditional methods to collect data
- Quantitative Analysis
- Qualitative control research
Required Skills & competencies
- MS Office- Advanced (Graphics and Design, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Photo Shop)
- Understand business Objectives and Design
- Excellent Writing skills (Good Grammar to form sentences) Content writer
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented
- Superb organizational and project coordination skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good Listening
- Articulate and thoughtful
- Highly motivated and a self-starter
Qualification
B.sc in Economics, Statistics or any other Research related study area to research work.
Genuine interest in Research and Business Development
