Job Description
- Are you confident, self-motivated, and goal/result-oriented, with interest in pursuing a career in the Real Estate industry? The Management Trainee position with Locke Homes Limited offers young graduates opportunities to explore a career in the sector.
- Graduates will be exposed to the specialized areas of Residential and Corporate development, Market Research & Analysis, Sales & Marketing, Property & Facility Management, and Advisory Services.

Responsibilities
- Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
- Collecting data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidating information into actionable items, reports and presentations
- Understanding business objectives and designing surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences
- Compiling and analyzing statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect
- Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties research and implement best practices
- Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it
- Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis
- Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
- Use online market research and catalogue findings to database
- Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation
- Maintaining detailed records on projects
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in any field with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must have completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Scheme
- Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation analytical & time-management skills
- Excellent grammatical, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work successfully as part of a team as well as assume independent responsibilities
- Self-motivated
