Owens & Xley Consults - Our client, a leading Packaged Foods brand, is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of a Sales / Customer Care Personnel in Ikota, Lekki - Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive all calls and enquiries
• Follow up with clients regularly to build relationship
• Get feedback from clients and act on it
• Liaise with distributors
• Maintain a database of all distributors and clients
• Organize and plan market activation strategies
• Work with the Business Director to create sales and marketing strategy
• Receive orders from clients and forward to the Manager/production team
• Prepare weekly sales and marketing reports
• Receive orders for events
• Carry out research on events happening within Lagos and propose partnership
• Prepare and manage events calendar
• Work with Business Director to set events/product sales target for the month
• Manage all supermarket and sales outlets

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in a relevant field.
• Proven work experience (Minimum of 1 year) in a similar role
• Proximity to Ikota, Lekki.

Remuneration

• N50,000 - N80,000 monthly.
