Rosabon Financial Services, a child company of The Concept Group, is hiring Sales Executives in Lagos, Rivers (Port-Harcourt), Abuja, and Delta (Warri).
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products to both individuals and corporates.
- Generate new sales leads for the organization.
- Follow up with existing clients and sustain long-term business relationships.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
- Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
- Answer customers’ enquiries and provide correct answers; troubleshooting and creating positive customer experience.
- Meet and exceed all sales quotas and goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in business administration or related fields.
Experience:
- Zero to two years' relevant sales experience.
- General awareness of services offered by the non-banking financial industry.
Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Impressive sales capability.
- Exceptional customer care focus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Goal-orientation and self-starter.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
