    Jegin Consult is hiring a Secretary/ Receptionist in Port Harcourt

    Overall Job Purpose:

    • Jegin consult is looking for a secretary and receptionist for a multi cooperative agency.

    • The officer is responsible for providing the support for the managing director

    Job description:

    • Answer calls, take messages and handle correspondence.

    • Maintain diaries and arranging appointments.

    • Liaise with relevant organization and clients.

    • Prioritize workloads

    • Typing, preparing and collating reports.

    • Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients.

    • Managing data base

    Job Requirement

    • OND/ HND or any good first degree with minimum of two (2) years’ experience.

    • Hands on administrative support experience.

    • Proficient in the use of standard software packages (e.g. Microsoft Office).

    • 31st December, 2017.
