Required Qualifications:

1. Graduates of Biology, Microbiology, or other Science backgrounds. Non-graduates can also apply if they have very strong analytical skills and can learn very quickly

2. Proven capacity to use Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools

Profile:

1. Highly organized

2. Able to work in a fast-paced work environment

3. Understands product storage, inventory management, and quality assurance

4. Understands farm produce storage, processing, and preservation

5. Willing to work very hard to achieve results

6. A versatile and enterprising individual with good knowledge of procurement practices in Nigeria

7. An analytical thinker who pays deep attention to detail

Responsibilities:

1. Stock and inventory management

2. Processing of farm produce and supervising a team of food processing associates

3. Tracking Inventory Record Defect Rate (IRDR)
