QUALITIES YOU SHOULD POSSES

To be eligible for this position, you must possess the following qualities:

• Knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Dreamweaver
• at least 2 years experience as a UI Designer
• Excellent UI design portfolio
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good team player and respect of company policies
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You shall mainly be responsible for the following:

• Planning and implementing new designs
• Optimizing existing user interface designs
• Communicating with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
• Developing technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
• Creating prototypes for new product ideas
• Testing new ideas before implementation
• Conducting user research design to help businesses solve their problems
