The Admin and HR officer is a critical member of our team and presents an outstanding opportunity to hone skills in preparation for an exciting career in HR and Administration.
Providing secretarial and administrative support for members in the team, revise company policies and similar documents
• Handling administrative enquiries from internal and external customers and partners
• Organize and maintain personnel records, employee contracts, and new hire guides.
• Managing travel arrangements for the team, and visitors.
• Coordinating logistics needs for teleconferences and local meetings
• Organize and handle regional meetings and top management visits
• Pro-actively prepare periodic review documents such as work plans, process expense form, etc.
• Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
• You want to pursue a career in Administration and human resource management.
• You have a passion for process management and human relations.
• You have an ability to understand and articulate information to colleagues and visitors.
• You are determined, and have grit and hustle.
• You are friendly, enthusiastic, and have professional communication skills.
