Kennedia consulting - We are hiring Customer Care Representatives for our client in Lagos.

Responsibilities:
- Keep record and resolve customerenquiries, comments and complaints via phone, email or social media.
- Effectively manage and respond promptly to large amounts of incoming calls and emails.
- Follow complacent communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers to achieve satisfaction.
- Transaction reporting and monitoring.
- Carry out a knowledge sharing session about organization’s products and keep up to date with changes.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication by using the right methods/tools to provide accurate, valid and complete information.
Qualification
BSc in Social Sciences or related field.
At least 2years experience or above in similar role.
