    Adunni Organics, a line of natural skin care products made in Lagos Nigeria, is looking for a Customer Service Officer in Lagos

    Job Description

    • The duty of the CSO is to interphase with customers by answering product questions, and suggesting information about other products.
    • Process orders, manage product inventory, assist in administrative duties, prepare correspondences and fulfil customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
    • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
    • Track record of over-achieving quota
    • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
    • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
