Bukka Hut, a leading restaurant in the Hospitality industry, is hiring Customer Service Representative in Lagos.

JOB SUMMARY:

The person will be visible in an allocated outlet to engage customers by getting real-time feedback, analyze it and proffer immediate resolution of complaints and an excellent customer service experience.

JOB FUNCTIONS

• Gather customer’s data and ensure their registration for BHL customer loyalty program.

• Go the extra mile to engage customers and resolves customer requests, questions and complaints frequently.

• Proactively identify and resolve customer issues at the unit level before escalating.

• Monitor trend on product timing, availability and unavailability, and state feedback and observations received accurately in reports presented.

• Sensitize customers about our feedback mechanism (cards & Dulu device) and encourage them to give feedback and analyze the feedback received.

• Ensure records and documents are kept of all customers’ information.

• Any other duties as presented by the CS Manager.

Qualifications – Minimum of HND, must be a computer literate inclusive of at least a year experience in a similar role

Remuneration Band – N40,000 – N50,000
