DMS Apparels is a new e-commerce company dealing in fashion / clothing for all and sundry. We are hiring a Customer Service Representative in Lagos (Ogba).
Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to manage and process online orders from our clients. Job responsibilities include the following:- Processing online orders and product deliveries in timely manner.
- Uploading new stock on our website and managing inventory.
- Field marketing by targeting prospective customers for sales opportunities.
- Attending to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Designing advertising/branding concepts to enhance sales.
Requirements
- Must be computer literate with graphic design skills.
- Possess educational qualifications.
- Excellent communication and inter-personal relationship skills.
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work unsupervised.
- Driver’s licence possession will be an advantage.
