Printivo is an online print provider that provides its customers with free templates created by designers across Nigeria. We are hiring to fill the position of a OUTBOUND/TELEMARKETER in Lagos.

What you will do

• Upselling and cross-selling of the company’s product
• Assisting with sales, telemarketing of the company’s product
• Assisting customers with total information on product and process via telephone and emails
• Monitor proficient initiation of Outbound calls on a daily basis which include Outbound sales, Outbound marketing, Close-looping, etc.
• Handle incoming calls from prospects who respond to the offers by phone and make calls to prospects who have supplied details
• Obtain and record names and telephone numbers of potential customers from different reliable sources
• Convert at least 30% of the telemarketing calls

Skills & Requirements

• HND/BSc in any course.
• Proven 1+ experience in outbound/telemarketing
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and driving long-term customer value
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture.
• Ability to work under pressure

• Good learning skills to acquire product knowledge to present products effectively and answer prospects’ questions accurately
