Human Resources & Admin Assistant (Trainee) at Zanibal solution
- Zanibal solution includes a trading and integration platform based on the Zanibal eFinance Suite which includes an Order Management System (OMS), an Asset Management Solution, Client Web Channels, a FIX gateway for integration with the exchange and counter parties and integration with payment systems for cash management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in the recruitment process
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Perform data entry and scan documents
- High level of confidentiality
- Ability to multi-task
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Perform other related duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must have a minimum of a B.Sc. Degree (2nd Class Upper) in Management or related discipline.
- At least 6 months experience in HR/Admin/Finance
- Accounting knowledge is a plus.
- People-oriented and willing to learn
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Must be a self-starter and be able to think out of the box.
