Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related field
• Should be good at LAN networking & Hardware support
• Should have sound IT knowledge of AD & Installation of IT software on systems
• Should be good at monitoring & troubleshooting IT/network issues • Good understanding of basic troubleshooting, routing & switching
• Should be reliable, hardworking & disciplined
• Should do good follow up on issues & should have good reporting skills
• CCNA, MCSE or any other relevant network course certified
