Job Details

The position of an IT Support Engineer role is available for the qualified candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Information Technology or Computer Science with a minimum of 1 year relevant working experience.

As an IT Support Engineer you will provide hands-on support, troubleshoot and maintain the existing IT infrastructure, primarily administrating the back-end systems, working on projects/providing solutions to business requirements and an escalation point for more complex issues.

Essential Skills Required:

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Windows Server Administration (Active Directory, Group Policy)
• Windows Operating System (Windows 7, Windows 10)
• Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, Routers, Firewalls, Switches, VPN's etc)
• Information Security
• Good written and verbal communication

Optional Skills:

• Graphics design
• Microsoft Exchange or Office 365 Administration
• Database Administration
• Mobile device management
• Relevant IT certifications or evidence of plans towards achieving any of these from (Microsoft, Linux, Cisco, CompTIA) are added advantages.

Salary Expectations: 100,000 - 150,000 (depending on experience)
