    Job Descriptions

    • Familiarise with company’s products and brand
    • Generate quality leads and constantly update database of potential buyers/ investors
    • Provide sufficient information on Company’s products to buyers/investors
    • Counsel Investors/buyers on investment opportunities, prices, ROI e.t.c
    • Provides supporting marketing materials and documents in order to achieve sales of products
    • Closing sales and building good customer relationship and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Carry out effective site inspections and customer engagement
    • They must be comfortable presenting products or services through different means of communication dealing with complaints and doubts.
    • Assist the company by all possible means to grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
    • Identification of sales opportunities within assigned territories and be able to effectively communicate with the Sales Team Lead.

    Job Requirements

    • B.Sc in any field
    • No experience is required but a minimum of 2years in real estate sales experience will be an added advantage
    • Proven experience as sales executives role.
    • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets.
    • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. Excel, Microsoft word) and telephone systems.
    • Ability to learn about products and services and describe / explain them to prospects
    • Excellent knowledge of English Language
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
    • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

    Personal Qualities:

    • The successful applicant must display strong interpersonal and communication skills, and must be customer focused.
    • The individual must be target driven with the ability to close deals over the phone, during boardroom discussions and face to face encounters with prospects.
    • Persistence is vital to the sales cycle therefore you must have the determination to succeed.
    • Have a team spirit
    • Must be rugged
    • Between age 25-35years Old Strictly.
    • Proximity to living in Obalende, Lekki, Ajah, Sangotedo & Victoria Island Lagos.
