    • Lendha is creating seamless access to working capital loans for small businesses to grow by leveraging on algorithm to assess and identify key growth areas for SMEs within 3 hours.


    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Identify and acquire small businesses within the FMCG , Manufacturing, Education, Hospitality/Travels & Tours, & Foods/Night Life sectors and drive them for optimum performance to meet the required monthly targets.
    • Manage new & existing business relationships for optimum results.
    • Identify the needs of businesses & recommend the appropriate Brass product.
    • Upsell & cross-sell Lendha’s products to customers.
    • Translate business needs into prioritized product development.
    • Provide feedback on processes, products, and procedures for business improvement.


    REQUIREMENTS

    • You have at least a Bachelor's Degree.
    • You have at least 1 years of experience in Retail Sales
    • Have excellent relationship management and communication skills
    • Strong sales acumen
    • Strong organization and time management skills with impeccable attention to detail
    • Thrive, and enable a team to thrive, in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
    • You are an amazing salesperson.
