Sales Executive at Lendha
- Lendha is creating seamless access to working capital loans for small businesses to grow by leveraging on algorithm to assess and identify key growth areas for SMEs within 3 hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and acquire small businesses within the FMCG , Manufacturing, Education, Hospitality/Travels & Tours, & Foods/Night Life sectors and drive them for optimum performance to meet the required monthly targets.
- Manage new & existing business relationships for optimum results.
- Identify the needs of businesses & recommend the appropriate Brass product.
- Upsell & cross-sell Lendha’s products to customers.
- Translate business needs into prioritized product development.
- Provide feedback on processes, products, and procedures for business improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
- You have at least a Bachelor's Degree.
- You have at least 1 years of experience in Retail Sales
- Have excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Strong sales acumen
- Strong organization and time management skills with impeccable attention to detail
